LINKAGES BETWEEN CSR/SUSTAINABILITY AND CORPORATE GOVERNANCE?

The HuffReview has published an interesting article this week on the potential linkage between board level arrangements and sustainability. As shareholders increasingly consider sustainability and CSR focused concerns, board recognition of these issues are proving to be increasingly important.
